ceobdt Terms & Conditions

1.1 — Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ceobdt ("ceobdt", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ceobdt platform, including the website at ceobdt.onl, all associated mobile-browser interfaces, and all products and services made available through them, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all promotional features. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the ceobdt platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

1.2 — Eligibility

Access to ceobdt is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By using the ceobdt platform, you warrant that you are 21 years old or older. ceobdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or terminate accounts where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that their use of ceobdt is legal under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

1.3 — Amendments to These Terms

ceobdt reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Revised terms take effect immediately upon publication at ceobdt.onl/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the ceobdt platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

2.1 — Registration Requirements

To access ceobdt's betting and gaming products, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. ceobdt does not permit the use of pseudonyms, false identities, or placeholder information during registration. Any account registered with materially false information is subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

2.2 — One Account Per User

Each individual User is permitted to hold exactly one active ceobdt account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension. If ceobdt identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same User, all accounts and associated balances may be voided without prior notice.

2.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. ceobdt will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify ceobdt support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

2.4 — Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ceobdt may require identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion may be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. ceobdt reserves the right to request re-verification at any time.

3.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

ceobdt currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your ceobdt account dashboard at the time of request.

3.2 — Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your ceobdt account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. ceobdt does not guarantee processing times, as delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including mobile network issues, payment provider downtime, or public holidays. ceobdt is not responsible for funds lost due to the User entering incorrect payment details during a deposit transaction.

3.3 — Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within approximately 10 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). ceobdt reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under the same name as the ceobdt account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

3.4 — Currency

All transactions on the ceobdt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ceobdt does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees incurred by the User's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the User and are not reimbursed by ceobdt.

4.1 — Placement of Bets

All bets placed on ceobdt are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. ceobdt does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where ceobdt's own error has caused a material discrepancy, as determined at ceobdt's sole discretion.

4.2 — Odds and Markets

ceobdt reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or void any betting market at any time without prior notice, including before and during live events. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. ceobdt does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or outcome.

4.3 — Voided Bets

A bet may be voided and the original stake returned if: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond a specified period; the market is suspended prior to the event starting; the bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical fault; or ceobdt determines that the integrity of the event is in question. Void decisions are made at ceobdt's sole discretion and are final.

4.4 — Casino and Slots Games

All casino games and slot titles available on the ceobdt platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are set by the respective game providers and are not modified by ceobdt. Past game outcomes do not influence future results.

4.5 — Maximum Winnings

ceobdt reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, single events, or cumulative winnings within a defined period. Maximum payout limits, where applicable, will be communicated within the relevant betting market or via the ceobdt account dashboard. Any winnings in excess of an applicable maximum payout cap will not be credited to the User's account.

5.1 — General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ceobdt are subject to individual promotional terms that are published alongside each offer. In all cases, ceobdt's general Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term prevails in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion details. Bonuses that have not met wagering requirements within the stated time limit will expire and be removed from the User's account without compensation.

5.3 — Bonus Abuse

ceobdt reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if ceobdt reasonably determines that a User has attempted to exploit a promotional offer through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage, coordinated multi-account activity, or any other form of bonus abuse. ceobdt's determination in such cases is final. Accounts found to be engaged in systematic bonus abuse may be permanently suspended.

5.4 — Loyalty Programme

Participation in the ceobdt Loyalty Programme is governed by the specific Loyalty Programme terms published at ceobdt.onl/loyalty-program. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. ceobdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Programme at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to Users for unredeemed points.

6.1 — Age Restriction

The ceobdt platform is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years and above. ceobdt operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services.

6.2 — Player Protection Tools

ceobdt provides the following responsible gaming tools directly within every registered account dashboard, accessible without contacting support:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly caps)
• Session time limits and play time reminders
• Loss limits (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Temporary time-out periods (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Self-exclusion (permanent removal from the platform)

6.3 — Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the ceobdt platform may do so by submitting a written request to [email protected] with the subject line "SELF-EXCLUSION REQUEST". Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. ceobdt will use reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from being sent to self-excluded Users. Any account balance held at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the User's registered payment method after identity verification.

7.1 — Prohibited Uses

Users of the ceobdt platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Attempting to launder money or use ceobdt for any unlawful financial transaction
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or identity verification requirements
• Sharing account access with any third party or placing bets on behalf of another person
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location

7.2 — Fraud and Chargebacks

Any attempt to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or reverse payment transactions after funds have been used for betting on ceobdt is considered a material breach of these Terms. ceobdt reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, recover funds via all available legal means, and report the User to the relevant payment provider and authorities.

8.1 — Platform Availability

ceobdt makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and network conditions may affect platform availability. ceobdt shall not be liable to any User for losses resulting from platform downtime, delayed bet placement, or the unavailability of specific markets during such periods.

8.2 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ceobdt's total liability to any User in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ceobdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, however caused.

8.3 — Third-Party Content

Game content, odds feeds, and certain platform features are supplied by third-party providers. ceobdt does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any third-party content displayed on the platform. Any dispute relating to the outcome of a third-party supplied game or odds feed shall be referred in the first instance to the relevant provider's dispute resolution process.

9.1 — Privacy Policy

The collection, storage, and use of personal data submitted by Users to ceobdt is governed by the ceobdt Privacy Policy, available at ceobdt.onl/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and accept the ceobdt Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy on a data protection matter, the Privacy Policy prevails.

9.2 — Marketing Communications

By registering an account with ceobdt, you consent to receive promotional communications including bonus offers, event notifications, and seasonal promotions by SMS and email to the contact details provided during registration. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting [email protected] or by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in each promotional communication. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the validity of these Terms or your account.

10.1 — Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ceobdt's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that Users may have under mandatory provisions of local consumer protection law applicable in the User's country of residence.

10.2 — Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a User and ceobdt arising from these Terms or from any transaction on the platform, the User should first contact ceobdt customer support at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute and any supporting transaction references. ceobdt will acknowledge the dispute within two business days (Bangladesh Standard Time) and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, ceobdt and the User agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

10.3 — Language

These Terms are published and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience only shall not be considered authoritative, and in the event of a conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
